Banking & Credit Underwriting Facilitation
Understand the mechanics of scheduled commercial bank and NBFC lending. Learn CMA data preparation, debt-to-income analysis, credit bureau score diagnostics, and client file placement.

- CMA data compilation and 3-year financial trend analysis
- Bureau CIBIL scrub, DPD assessment & eligibility computation

Corporate Law & CS Traineeship
Traineeship under qualified Company Secretaries on the MCA V3 portal. Hands-on exposure to private limited company incorporation, LLP agreements, DIN/DSC handling, and ROC compliance.

- SPICe+ Part A & B drafting, MOA and AOA customization
- Filing annual ROC returns (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC)

Financial Modeling & Business Valuation
Assist senior financial advisors in creating dynamic 3-statement financial models, DCF valuations, investor pitch decks, and commercial project feasibility reports for growing MSMEs.

- Dynamic revenue and cost forecasting models in advanced Excel
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and peer multiple valuations

Is this internship paid?
Yes. All selected interns receive a performance-linked monthly stipend (ranging between ₹5,000 to ₹15,000/month based on track, duration, and qualification), plus incentives for exemplary client case completions.
Can I do this internship remotely or hybrid?
We offer both in-office opportunities at our Pune headquarters (recommended for maximum hands-on learning with senior CAs/CSs) as well as hybrid and remote arrangements for deserving outstation students.
Will I receive an Experience Certificate and Letter of Recommendation?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the agreed 3-month or 6-month term and submission of assigned projects, candidates receive an official verified Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from ANIRUDH & CO.
